Facial surgery planned around your face alone.
Brow, jaw, nose and more — shaped by surgeons who work only in gender-affirming care, never as a sideline.
About Face / FFS
Your face is not a template. We study your bone structure, your proportions and the outcome you're describing before anything is drawn on paper, and we take the time to understand where you want to land — softer, stronger, more clearly yourself.
Every surgeon here is board-certified through the ABPS and holds FACS fellowship credentials, with Dr. David N. Sayah bringing more than 26 years of surgical experience. Because we focus exclusively on gender-affirming work, facial procedures aren't an occasional case for us — they're the practice.
Planning is meticulous and unhurried. If your goals are better served in one stage or several, we'll say so honestly, and your recovery unfolds in a private spa built for patients like you.
Frequently asked questions
FFS and facial masculinization can include forehead and brow work, rhinoplasty, jaw and chin contouring, tracheal shave, hairline adjustment and lip refinement. We plan the combination around your features and priorities rather than a fixed package. Some patients pursue one focused change; others plan a staged sequence over time.
Cost depends on which procedures you're combining and whether the work is completed in one stage or several. We provide a clear written estimate after your consultation, once we understand your goals and the plan that fits them. There are no bundled quotes offered before we've properly listened.
Surgical time ranges from a few hours for a single procedure to a longer combined session when several areas are addressed together. Initial recovery is typically two to three weeks before returning to daily life, with swelling continuing to settle over months. Your recovery can be spent privately in our on-site spa.
