Bottom surgery, approached with the time it deserves.
Vaginoplasty, phalloplasty and related procedures, planned in careful stages by surgeons who do only this work.
About Bottom Surgery
Bottom surgery isn't a single decision — it's a series of them, made together over months. We plan meticulously, in stages when that serves you better, and we don't compress the conversation to suit a schedule.
Every surgeon in the practice is ABPS board-certified with FACS fellowship credentials and works exclusively in gender-affirming care. That focus matters here more than anywhere: technique choices in vaginoplasty and phalloplasty carry long-term functional and aesthetic weight, and they deserve a team who does this and only this.
Discretion is built into how we see you, admit you and recover you. Our private spa means the days after surgery are spent somewhere quiet, staffed by people who understand exactly what you've been through.
Frequently asked questions
For feminizing patients, procedures include vaginoplasty, vulvoplasty and orchiectomy. For masculinizing patients, options include phalloplasty, metoidioplasty, scrotoplasty and urethral lengthening. Each pathway is planned in stages that reflect your anatomy, goals and the honest trade-offs between approaches.
Because bottom surgery is nearly always staged, cost is discussed across the full plan rather than a single figure. We provide a written estimate for each stage after consultation, and we'll walk through insurance coverage where it applies. Nothing is quoted before we've mapped your path together.
Individual procedures range from a few hours to a full-day operation depending on the technique. Initial in-town recovery is typically two to six weeks before travel, with full healing measured in months. Our private on-site spa is where most patients spend the earliest and most delicate part of that time.
